The show was really good and fun. But the Rise and Fall of Rome my senior year beats the hell out of it. I cant wait to see what Mr. Bowen does his 2nd year!

and yes we know a pit is a must, y do u think we get doct points? I still consider us a great bannd for hanging in with you guys that have 100 majorettes and a good pit. \

Wow steve, I am pretty sure picking on band directors is going to get your point across. I agree jordan, it is pointless to argue. And Steve we dont play our show that much worse, like they said we have a great brass/woodwind ansamble. So what we model our style after WVU, what is wrong with that? I personally dont care anymore about the argueing, we come to entertain and please the crowd not to impress other bands.

Guys, seriously? Get over it. You're just making yourselves look that much worse by bitching at each other. Accept the fact that both bands and directors have different styles and preferences. This rivalry has been going on for a very long time, and has it ever helped anything? No. It's just made people who could actually be friends hate each other.

That's cute. That means you just play your show that much worse. You got beat by two whole points. It's essentially the same show from last year, it still has no pit (don't care what you say, it's a must) you have minimal guard (but if WVU can do it...) Maybe for a good laugh ole Victor will get mad and quit TOB again....? lol.

I wasn;t even there to be with my band last night so about the bitching I had no say in it...and just to be honest I heard the tapes of the judges because my band director let me and my friends listen to it, you know what they said " This is a great show, clean it up and it is the best one on the field, you have an awesome brass woodwind ansamble, just focus on cleaning" Sounds like we do have the best show

We can debate about how the you think the guidelines suck, or whatever, but you can't knowing go against what is musical by COMPETITION standards (not just crowd pleasing) and still bitch about losing... which you did... to Elkins... AGAIN... last night... no excuses, just results. and you come up quite short in that department.

@achamp2293 Newsflash to whoever said that about them, that is something that has been that way for a long time, and they still kicked our asses for a long time. Hating on it will not change that. The only thing anyone from either band can do is work their hardest to put their best show on that field when it comes time to compete. Saying crap doesn't change a thing.

@achamp2293 But like I said to the Elkins guy, it doesn't matter who does what. Yeah the spitting thing was awful, but what you don't realize was the action of ONE person. Everybody else was just as pissed as you guys were that that happened. It made us look horrible because that is not how the vast majority of us acted. And I realize that you don't go by Chapter 8 rules, that's fine - it's one more part of your style. So are the fewer majorettes and no pit - ...
