@ToxicBurn2 man i found me an old blue van out in the woods this summer and its in decent shape and already has the cragars and side pipes. im goin to go see how much they want for it this weekend. i hope i score.

Ty for sharing this video! My dad, Dale Fugman, owned & built VANS AM. It was such an unexpected treat to see this on your slide show. He's now passed away, so it was heartwarming to see a small part of one of his passions. Ty, also, to civanner who mentioned my dad in his comment. Without you posting his name, I wouldn't have had the blessing to see this! I don't know how you knew him (maybe the van club???), but you put a smile on my face & happy tears. I was only a baby when he had it. Ty!!!

Thanks for the memories. I saw vans in your show that has not been around since the 70's. Like the short early Ford of Dale Fugman from Vans Am of Kansas City and the chopped Chevy "Hotel California" of Frank Bolin from Casey, Illinois. Vanning has been the best years of my life for the past 38 years.

man i hate that i wasn't around for this, even the music of the time makes me feel like i mist out on some fun________! all we have now are soccer mom van's like voyagers and odysseys....like hey the doors open on both side's,hey look the back seat's fold down;who cares, wheres the muscle?! who is responsible for neutering the real van's?

Wish that people would go to a van runs like back in the day. I feel sorry, that I found world of vannin' so late, 1996.
Still, the people now days are more dedicated, I think.Dunno that for shure, because I was not there earlier...
