Great whistle project! I have made a bunch of them in the past but it is time to show my grandkids how to do it. I too have a "Carvin Jack" Knife and I also have a bunch of other Flexcut knives but I cannot imagine being without my Carvin Jack. Awesome tool!

WOW thank you for posting this. I seareched and seareched for a how to on this kind of whistle. because i just can't stand the idea of a one note whistle .I'm an uncle.and well that's is a high calling. With up to 11 kids some family some just friends' kids, But i still believe in making gifts for people.and have been looking for this almost too long. WOW THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH

as usual great video and again how is that carving jack is it worth the money
While it's definitely not a replacement for my regular carving tools the selling point for me is the portability. Gosh, it's a near complete carving set all in the form of a pocket knife and it just don't get any more convenient than that.
In a nutshell I now can't imagine being without mine and it's definitely a quality tool and best of all it's so convenient being a pocket knife. Hope this helps and thanks for the kind words.
