  • Awesome! You just took one pill a day, right?

  • @SleepingMarsupial Well that depends on how strong your supplement is... you want ones that are at least in the billion per capsule range, and take probably two per day

  • @thelovevitamin Question?..Is Keifer is more natural then taking supplement probiotics? Because its in a food form? Just wondering about that..

  • @tdot4life15 I would say yes... generally kefir is more powerful - it has more bacteria, and more strains of bacteria than could ever be jammed into a pill

  • What probiotic supplements do you recommend?

And, can i take them for like 6 months and then ease off, or do i constantly need them forever if i want to continue to have results?

    Thanks so much!

  • @SleepingMarsupial I'd recommend doing a bit of a candida cleanse, and taking probiotics for a while, and then you should be able to discontinue them after a few months. In theory, the balance should remain, but most people don't have perfect lifestyles so I'd encourage including fermented foods in your diet on a permanent basis - kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut etc (homemade ferments are cheaper, and likely even more beneficial)

  • can an antibiotic cause me to break out if i havent been on it in a long time?

  • Ncp probiotics are awesome

  • @IntoBlackHouse Well, its way easier to digest... pasteurizing it mutates the proteins in it and a bunch of other horrible stuff. Raw milk also has live bacteria that helps you to digest it that is killed when heated. It also usually doesn't have all the synthetic hormones and antibiotics and gross stuff that's in pasteurized milk.

  • what makes raw milk safer?
