Okey, sorry about the delay, but there were some problems. The creme female Annie from the previous videos died during pregnancy. These things do happen, so if you only have one female and you love her much, do think carefully do you want to risk her. And the females to be used should not be less than 4 months, or older than one year. That will lessen the risks.
Anyway, fortunately Annie has had a litter before, and I had kept this really pretty shorthaired black banded called Arizona. I used the same male for her also, the longhaired creme banded called Pate. And, now she has swallen up nicely, and is definitely pregnant. It wont be long before she has the babies. Now she has to be well fed, lots of vegetables, and some meats like catfood, as much as she can eat.
Im still sad about Annie, she was too young to die. But I am happy that she did have that one litter, so her family goes on.

  • @thomasgreendog Why would it? I keep the cages clean.

  • @dachshundlover8 It all depends what kind of hamster you get. When you are buying, make sure you see the seller handling it, so you would get allready tame hamster. If the seller pulles out leather gloves to pick up your hamster.. Dont buy it!

Some petshops handle the animals regularly, to make sure all sold animals are tame. Some petshops just dont.... Young hamster-babies are allways a bit jumpy, but allmost adult size hamsters should act relaxed when picked up.
