Hi, it's your not-so anonymous gifter here. Just wanted to say I'm glad you liked the book, and that there was supposed to be another item in the box. Not sure what happened to it, I'll be taking it up with Amazon tomorrow. Sorry if it seemed impersonal, I did a little e-stalking, but the more I learned about you, the more impossible the task seemed. You have very strange and varied interests, sir. An admirable trait, to be sure.
Anyway, enjoy the book! And arbitrary item #2, if it ever arrives.
