? He's not playing two guitars at once, the acoustic one was just subjected to the ground and the electric one was hanging on him, it isn't actually any hard to do, and to be honest, Jeff isn't any kind of super-guitarist neither he has a lot of talent or something, he's actually pretty average when cming to hard riffs or guitar technic.

Anyways, playing easy riffs without ever making a single mistake is something that lots of guitarists cant do, so yippie for him!
