It wasn't that they weren't being paid enough for the webisodes, it's that they were being paid on completely different terms due to an arbitrary technicality. If I pay you residuals for using your creative work in one distribution format, it should carry that I'd do the same for another format.

@uzithrasha no they acted as though the arent getting paid fairly, which they werent and still arent. without actors a show cannot exist, without writers the show cannot exist either. people seem to forget that for some reason.

@uzithrasha, true, I do not tend to support striking in any way shape, or form. But i do support fairness of pay.

They werent doing there job for less money, they were doing a job where they wanted more money because they THOUGHT it was unfair. Theres a difference dumb ass. They saw an opportunity to get more money and when they didnt they cried about it.

@uzithrasha

If people watch stuff online rather than buying the dvds or tuning in during original broadcasts (which people do) the money that they would have earned is still being made..only they aren't getting it and the network is. Thus not only are they not getting their share of the profits generated from the internet material, they are loosing money from the draw of viewers that the internet creates in the first place. Get it? Great.
