I think the hardest thing for me has been learning to discern what information to listen to. Because some information uplifts me and reflects this fact that I deserve love exactly where I am on my path, yet some makes me feel like I am not good enough because I am a trainee, or a certain weight etc. Whilst some information has been life affirming such as being encouraged my Raphael to eat healthily so my channels are clear and I can be open to receive angelic love.
