This is harmony at its best, the zen of co-existing. Traffics never stop. All going smoothly. No complaints, no fightings, no swearing. Hell with the helmet. The heavier than hell helmet just make your headd itching and sweat. Just another dumbo piece of bureaucracy people's lives and their heads.

I spent a few months in Vietnam and although there is little adherence to traffic laws people actually are careful not to hit others and the system they have set up works well for them. I drove around for alot of the time I was there and it was actually nice not to have to worry about speeding and such, just make sure you stop for red lights, use your signals and signal left turns with your arm as well and you will do fine.
