  • Hey have been watching ur vids..jst wanna say thank for putting them up and having the courage to talk about it and ur personal experience with depression..it really does help others like me and gives me abit of comfort hearing ur experiece and knowing I'm not alone

  • To tell them it is ok not to feel grateful is something someone depressed NEVER hears from family, friends and even the doctors.

The last thing someone who is depressed wants to hear is "you should be grateful". What...grateful for all my blessings but the one blessing I want I don't have (peace of mind)????

Your correct to say the best way to encourage someone depressed is to tell them it will pass and it will get better.

  • Your words are so true. Thanks for taking the courage to speak into a camera, posting heart felt words...towards others, like myself, that were extremely sad over Thanksgiving. Keep posting 'em. GOd bless
