Mr. Jon Tester you are an idiot. You voted in 2007 against the DREAM act, not allowing undocumented children who have been living in USA since they were babies and now are college students to stay legally in this country, when probably they are more Americans that you or me.
What make your decision more idiotic is that these are "Americans" in whom the American government have already done a big money investment, paying for their education all the way throughout secondary school.
