Nuclear Blast is only one of the most mainstream metal labels, probably alongside Century Media. Most pop labels and indie labels are much bigger, but they don't have their own identity so they pay Vevo instead. I am surprised In Extremo are on Vevo though, it's usually really awful bands.

@BunnyInAGasMask well if that's your opinion, no point trying to change it.. btw the only reason there are no nuclear blast signed bands on vevo is that there is a commercial nuclear blast channel on youtube, and they wouldn't have profited from a contract with vevo... (btw: nuclear blast is arguably the most mainstream label there is...) and as to your argument that they make billions... you didn't understand my comment... care to read carefully.. i just said its free for users..

I am well aware that (some) record companies are partially responsible for deleting copyrighted content, and I speak as someone who is in a band signed to a record label and knows how to deal with them. Sure, the huge ones are really bad, but ones like Nuclear Blast and Century Media do pretty good things for the bands signed to them. And guess what? It's the huge record labels that pay Vevo to do its shit. You don't see bands signed to Nuclear Blast with the stupid Vevo banner.

i think everybody complaining about vevo, first of all has no clue, and just tags along with everyone without thinking who should be blamed... and if increasing the comments page is really a strong statement... but secondly you all seem to forget that all of this is FREE... go out buy the dvd, or special cd's, and if somethings wrong with them, complain! but dont consume everything for free and take it for granted and bitch around.. would you like to pay for youtube or watching hq mv's?

@BunnyInAGasMask thats utter bullshit... its the fault of the record labels and companies, that every copyrighted content gets deleted... vevo was "born" out of an agreement with those record labels to make them available. so saying "fuck vevo" is like saying "fuck my boss for collecting taxes" its not his fault, its not vevos fault.. its the record companies, and their fucked up copyright commandments fault...
