It is also important to have a before picture that you will take every week along with weighing yourself on the scale.

You should also take some time and reflect on why your want to get in shape and live the Lean-Fit-Healthy Lifestlye. Begin brainstorming and find some intristic motivation that will help carry you when times get tough in your program.

Also go through my Fat Blasting Ciruit Program twice and rate how you feel in the journal. This is important because you will quickly find out that you are capable of doing amazing things in 4 weeks.
