@soltobaeva no, it's Dr Dre in "What's the difference" who sample it first. More recently Wax Tailor (french trip-hop/rapper) sampled it in is song "positively inclined" go check it out it's muchbetter than Sean Paul and breathe !!! Greetings from Paris !
