you all really dont understand what JKD is its just a name.. Bruce I am sorry but no one understands what you were teaching. you died and people make money off your name by saying its jkd. no one reads your books no one thinks for themselves they took an idea and made it law. something you hated. now i know why you closed your schools down.

esos no son los movimientos verdaderos de JKD necesitas aprender el verdadero JKD, el JKD no gasta energia inecesaria y los movimientos q haces pierdes mucha energia, hay movimientos torpes en las demostraciones,

ademas no creo q tu tecnica de lucha sea efectiva con una persona entrenada en cualquier otro tipo de arte marcial.

With all due respect, I disagree with the idea that nobody knows what JKD is all about. My personal take on JKD is that it's a self defense system similar to Krav Maga or Systema. Here's why I disagree - You can't teach anything without some kind of system or foundation. The "way without a way" part comes later after you learn the core concepts, just like phases in Kenpo (Primitive, Mechanic, Spontaneous).  You have to learn something before you can make it your own.

@enzo5022 ty someone else that understands, Jeet kune Do doesnt have a particular form, you utilize what works for you, void the rest, it is more of an understanding than anything, Ive never read his books, but I dont believe its supposed to follow just one pattern eh

this guy is actually a offical jeet kune do fighter , his form was perfect when he did the JKD full step side kick, then he landed in the tiger sitting stance, making him stable after the kick, this guy is one of the only ppl in the world that can do this since bruce died, i know most commenter r going to think its BS, but i practice jeet kune do as 1 of my foundations, i know that kick when i see it, he is also good at chinese boxing, he's fast making him able to counter easily.
