I never got to think about whether or not avatar was racist as when I was watching it I was overwhelmed with how it was insulting my intelligence......

Avatar reminded me of Americans vs Native Americans and/or Africans. The only problem I had in the Movie is the "hero" of the movie is white. Why have a white hero, why can't the hero be of other color or race or ethnicity. Its whitewashing, just like in Prince of Persia, The Last Air Bender, Dragon Ball, The Last Samurai (with Tom Cruise) and so many others. I agree the movie is not racist but overall I just felt it was another "white hero movie".

To the comment below there are not jus only white people n that movie there are black Latino n all other racist in there...ok it about time people stop being so stupid n take a epic movie to a effin big problem...it's not a big deal if u don't like it why go watch it....
