You buy a car for 10,000 10 years later regardless of conidition insurance company should give you back 10,000 or actualy what 10,000 is worth 10 years later so like 14,000

Is 'clucking' a popular US word for that sound of disapproval? In the UK, we say 'tut'. I've just wikipediaed it and it says the US spelling is 'tsk'. 

It's technical term is a 'dental click'.
