For metabolic circuits, I will typically set up five stations that are each 60 seconds long. You and your partner will complete all five stations consecutively and then rest for 1 minute before repeating the 5 station circuit again. This circuit includes - the tire, the rope, superbands, the prowler, and dumbbells.
