how did you get your stereo to fit so good ??? i want to install a stereo into my 1978 el camino but i dont know how to put it in so it wont have gaps around the edges of the stereo.. did you have to cut an trim stuff ?

my 87 elky has 2 kicker comp 10s next to 2 kicker 6x9s. with an amp on the back of each seat. its loud crsip clear and has that hood bump. plus your interior looks like "doo-doo"
on top of that my boxes are rapped in cheetah fur lol.

im gonna be getting an 85 mino pretty soon; will i need to have subs installed or will an enclosure (say...the JL powerwedge 2x10) fit between the seats??? i want to install it myself without having to pay for it to be done professionally

WHat does that feel like sitting inches infront of the twelve? my two are all the way in the trunk.
also is it obvious you have a sstem? like can someone peek through the windows and see that you obviously have a system. we have car theft problems around here

Yes there is ways to install 12 inch subs behind the seat... with fiberglass anythings possible. I have a 1975 El Camino with six 10 inch subs behind my seats. Depending on which Camino you get is gonna determine the space. BUT you do have tons of Hidden spaces.

Is there enough room in a camino for two twelves if i wanted?
and how loud is that sitting right behind the speaker like that? i drive a volvo s70 and my speakers are in the trunk and all i hear sometimes is the rattling.
i ask because i really want a camino but i am into car audio lol
