now i have the same solution i had windows xp and it worked fine than i upgraded to windows 7 and same problem windows 7 and vista are bullshit fucks because now i cant even play counter strike on my compiuter without that fucking error

@alexandermeladze i know right counter strike 1.6 and condition zero dont work on vista but counter strike source does but i prefer the old counter strikes

Try download the latest version of Framework from Microsoft.It might work.:)

install game & play (9gb hdd free space require)

@Goutham1965 never mind found the solution, it was my internet connection speed, no wonder thats why some of my other pc games wouldnt work.

try to go to control panel and I think you'll need to adjust the graphics or aahh....FUCK this I don't even know what I'm saying..I just copied it from other videos cuz they have same problem ok?! sorrehh..
