well hopefully you have learned vista by now if not you need to give it a try againg,i been using vista ultimate 64 bit since oct 2007 and had no problems

I disagree with everything you have said.
The start menu is easier because you can just press the windows key and star typing the name of the program you want and thats much quicker than the older start menus.
UAC can easily be turned off.
I have never experienced that IE7 Problem, but even so who actually uses internet explorer?

I run 3 computers one with xp one with vista and one with mac os x and I find xp and vista 10x better then macs os x for many reason's. If you all wanna disagree with me on vista and xp are way better then any other os out on the market. I like how clean vista is compaired to mac os x as os x everything is scattered around in the os. so ya VISTA & XP Kicks ass then Gay macs os.

i got vista, working on it at least i c is not that far from xp, just nicer and working good at all, but not far from xp, u may find new function but almost are just the old made new... just all works good and i use it trust me.
