Thank God! My voice is a little better now. I recorded this yesterday afternoon. The weather here has been pretty warm lately. I felt like jumping into a pool covered with ice cubes. This was my fourth take of this song.

I hope you had a great 4th of July. We did. We went to Blue Lake Park, near our place. It was great. We had lots of fun. My son had a blast. It was funny. He said, "This is the greatest place." Yes, we have been to Disneyland but Blue Lake Park must have impressed him because it was simple. Oh my, but there were lots of people there. It was awesome. There were many different kinds of food. I was able to have corn on the cob. It was delicious. There were all kinds of fun activities for kids. There was a mini-concert going on at the same time. There were fountains spraying out of the lake. Later that evening, my husband, my son and I were able to enjoy the fireworks. We had a great time.
