RetroArchivesHD: NES, Factory sealed games and it's dangers.

So here's what you look out for in short once again:

# Not all games have the H-seam, most do but exceptions exist such as late Acclaim and late LJN games, the pac man and ms pac man games by Namco and certain copies of fire and ice so do some research before you cast your game aside and make the biggest mistake of your life.

# Not all games have a tag but those who do would generally have the colour faded of the down half.

# The paint could have faded on the flap when it has been opened, some sellers re colour it with paint or pencils so be keep your eyes open.

# The split point where the H-seam comes together is almost never in a perfect 90° angle and should overlap by a little.

# Normally no hairs or small pieces should be stuck under the plastic.

# Look out for sellers online playing with words to trick you, if it isn't noted then always ask if the game is factory sealed (some sellers have had a lot of trouble for saying the game was factory sealed when it was just resealed)

# Always read negative feedback from sellers who have such feedback in their stats.



p.s. of course I did not by my games from the ebay-seller with the negative feedback.

There is always more information to find I just talked about some I discoverd on the internet and from stuff I knew myself so don't be afraid to do some extra research yourself!

Vette verzameling heb je en wil dan ook graag weten hoe je aan de gesealde games gekomen bent (e-bay?). Ik ben zelf namelijk (ook) een NES collector.

@BlackEyeVision Heheh thx, Ja tot nu toe heb ik mijn gesealde spellen op ebay gekocht, zoals ik in deze video zeg bevat dat altijd bepaalde risicos en voordat je zo een spel besluit te kopen beveel ik je aan een beetje te onderzoeken naar de waarde van het spel dat je zoekt zoadat je niet genaaid wordt.

@apeazy That's a pretty good deal! My solar Jetman was about 20 if I remember it correctly, I should get back into it again too, money just hasn't really been on my side lately ;)
