I got an easy step for ya. Tell everyone about what you want to do or what you want. Because by telling them and explaining what it is that you want, you mind in essence already believes it has accomplished that want. It doesn't truly know the difference between fantasy and reality. So by telling someone about what you want you are almost guaranteed to not follow through on it, because your mind already thinks you have done it.
