Its not a white or black thing. The guy was laying there and the cop shot him. There wasn't a need to taze him if you want to go the route of the cop pulled the wrong weapon. Watch the video of him getting killed. (he puts his hand behind his back and lays with his chest on the concrete)

Sorry but this guy needs to do serious time. Cops have to learn they cant just draw there weapon on people like that. They are not in the military. People have rights in America.

That felony warrant is going to be a huge hit when it comes to the penalty phase if/when it makes it to that point.
I still maintain that man1 is the most that they can convict him on. While the shot may not have been a voluntary act, drawing his weapon was. And in my training (Military Police) you don't draw your weapon unless you're ready to employ deadly force.
I'm afraid everybody looses in this one.
