Curling 55lbs dumbbells for 8 reps at 175lbs 5'8''.

I've suddenly started using heavier weight because I feel my biceps need to grow a little quicker, I was amazed at how much heavier I could go.

  • @Quote47 you dont have to be mean to him, you can actually hurt your back if you keep swinging the wieghts while doing curls, it will make your spine rock back and forth and its not good for the bones or the muscles around it
