A friend makes me one. But for iracing the main thing is to have a dual core processor.

I'm not a computer specialist... it's not a top level pc, and it was more than 1 year ago. Arround 350€ = 500$.
I'm not playing with shadows. remember that iRacing is adapted to little pc configs, you just need to put the detail level on minimum..
