@ScarlettFreak84 And it was originally the theme for Donnie Darko. You really need to start paying attention.

Nice effort. I'm sorry for me it doesn't work. The song and movie. I first heard this song in the movie Donnie Darko, and I can't erase that from my mind. It is both a song and movie about the sick feeling of doom. Lost in Translation for me is about what we all "wish" would happen on a lonely business trip. Living in a strange town with strange people. Wanting to connect with someone. Peace.

Woman of my dreams. I can't believe I cried at the ending of the movie. My need of love is huge now. God damn it...

this song should be originally by Tears for Fears and covered by REM.

Actually the original artist is Gary Jules.

The song is written by Roland Orzabal (member of Tears for Fears) and released as single in 1982, Gary Jules covered and included it in his album in 2001
