i also have a samurai sword...its sharp and can cut through anything with the right applied force...if ANYONE ever breaks into my house they will suffer a terrible fate by my hand.

I'm a sword collector myself, and my swords are the very last things I would use in home defence. This is because every time some idiot cuts himself or someone else up with a sword, ESPECIALLY if it is a "samurai sword", we are a step closer to a sword ban. I could do irrepairable damage to the sword community by just threatening an intruder with a sword. This kid got lucky, as many judges do not understand, or take too kindly to martial arts or martial arts weapons used even in self defence.

@ghostrider101685 Most rapists DON't kill their victims. In fact, only a VERY few rapists do. Same thing with thieves. Killing someone requires resolve, and most victims don't even have that resolve. And faced with a weapon, yourself unarmed, you are NOT going to attack unless you're high on something. And how many cuts were delivered? Severed hand (indicates he was raising his arm to defend himself against a blow to the head or chest), and several deep cuts to the chest. Self defence, my ass.

maybe the burglar doesnt intend to kill, just want to steal something, but guess what, if you see the burglars face, then the killing intent will fire up, the burglar will try to kill you, thats for sure, he wont just flee, because you will report him to the authorities, samereason why rapist kills their victims. so its either kill them or be killed. so i think this burglars sister is pretty stupid by saying that his brother doesnt deserve to die and he wants the student to be charged,
