  • @MoJoPiano AMEN! That's so true!

  • @holinesspentecostal LOL! I love it! Actually, I've a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. on both sides of my family tree that were and are full fledged "HolyRollers"! Many of them have now gone on to be with the Lord. So I guess there was no way I could escape the "Holiness influence". It impacted my life in a very positive, spiritual way, and I thank God for it. When He pours out His spirit on His children, well, there is NOTHING like it! AMEN?

  • @MoJoPiano I figured you had been around some of us holyrollers when you were younger....LOL! I can hear it in your music.

  • @holinesspentecostal I started playing for revivals, tent revivals, old fashioned brush arbor meetings in the mid 60s at 15 years old. Started playing when I was 13. I was born and raised, spirt filled and saved in the Christian Church, but later I played for all denominations. The tent meetings and brush arbor revivals were all Pentecostal. That is actually where I devloped much of my "style" (that is, the LORD developed it for me)! Have a great Lord's Day. Mo Jo

  • @MoJoPiano What church were you brought up in when you were playing for campmeetings and revivals back in the early 70s?

  • @holinesspentecostal Sorry! I called it a Korg. Guess that's because I've played a few Korg digital pianos. Yes, that Nord really does produce an authentic Hammond B3 organ sound. I beg to differ my friend; you played this old southern convention song mighty fine! Love that style. I'll be watching for more vids from you in the future brother.

  • @MoJoPiano I didn't really do this song justice. It has taken me a little while to get use to playing this Nord Keyboard. I'm going to try to do some better videos with this thing latter on. These Nords have the best Hammond B3 sounds of any keyboard I've ever played.

  • "We'll look upon the beauty that fades no never; and happy we'll be while the ages fly!" In The Sweet Forever! What a promise! Yep, that's sounting material right there! I like the way you bring this old song to life. Really like the sound of that Korg too.
