I did exactly as you say, but when I got to step 3, the download option was not on the page. However, I was able to install from a different page. F.Y.I.

Yes the website has been playing up for some reason over the past few weeks, i wasn't able to download the version for my new PC. I will try and find a safe alternative link and post back for others. Thanks.
