@goldenretrogames I played Dragonfire on the Vic-20 when I was a teenybopper. I never had a problem with controls. I could get to the seventh or eighth dragon, I think, because my motivation for playing on was to see what colors they would be. The joystick I was using probably helped. :)

I have the original Shamus on this huge casette/chip to add on the back of the VIC 20. Just fired up my VIC 20 today, and Shamus worked as fines as always :)

I liked it when you said, "stupid dragon", you sound like Yosemite Sam in an old Bugs Bunny cartoon.

When I get a vic, I must get Shamus, that looks like a brilliant variation on Berzerk, actually looks more fun than it :o)

LOL!!! I never even knew there was a second screen to Dragonfire, since I'd never been able to pass the first screen on the Colecovision version. So I just fired up the Coleco port again and finally got to the second screen (which has an interesting 3D view). Ridiculously difficult game, mainly due to poor controls.

What continues to impress me about the Vic-20 are the really bright colors in the games-I haven't seen a Vic-20 game yet with any dull colors.

Fantastic reviews Jeremy as always buddy. : )

Short, concise and to the point. Nice one as always!
Shamus looks great. I just got a Vic-20. What's a good price for that game. It seems like it's hard to find.

@hsjfender Hi not too sure. I received my copy as part of a homemade multi-cart as a gift from a Vic-20 programmer.
