@TheFarkster33 the guy that shot him was one of the guys hit by the car, so unless he shot him while on the hood of the car then why didn he shoot him, he fired multiple shots, not one shot, cop was just shooting away at the car, the kids car traveled less than 100 hundred feet, how fast could he have possily been going? Bottom line is the cop should lose his job, u dont just shoot people like some trigger happy maniac, kid got shot twice and then his foot hit the gas and hit the cops

It doesn't matter that I wasn't there, nor was the reporter gathering the facts on the story. The cop just happens to be white and the now dead drunk driver who tried to run down a police officer happens to be black. Let me tell you something kid, if you were in a 2000 pound car driving towards me, I wouldn't even think twice to pull the trigger.The officers acted in self defense, its just that simple. Race doesn't even apply here. Just a bunch of ignorant people making assumptions.

Drinking and Drive don't Mix. Maybe Danroy Henry shouldn't of been drinking when he was under age or Jumping in a Car when your drunk and trying to run down two police officers. The officers were trying to go home that night.

@kwumey Just for the record this isn't NYPD, this is a little suberb in north westchester. Also, there is not really a whole lot of racism in this town-if anything they hate that we have a college in their town. If you go into town as a Pace student, you know they don't want a party town. Actually, my freshman year they arrested my white suitemate and another kid in our building and threatened to charge them under the patriot act with terrorism for making face ID's to get into the bar.
