Cintas Employee Gives Back by Refereeing Quad Rugby - Cintas Cares

Some of the greatest things about our partners is what they do outside of Cintas. For the past 17 years, Aaron Banfield has been refereeing Quad Rugby. Aaron is a Product Manager in Cintas' IT department at its headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.

Quad Rugby is open to men and women ages 15 and up who have lost the use of their legs and are now quadriplegic. Many Quad Rugby players have found that the biggest reward in playing rugby isn't the trophy. "I've learned more about everyday life of being a quadriplegic from watching other quads" while playing rugby, one player says.

Aaron admits the sport has helped him keep an even playing field both on and off the court. Quad Rugby "brings a lot of meaning to my life" Aaron says.
