to get things straight, justin's friend Ryan Butler got his twitter account hacked by this idiot. So he decided to get this dudes phone number (which i dont know how, meaby he tweeted it) and tweeted to his fans and fake that that was his phone#. i am glad that dude got spammed.

Haha, it's like when that guy (I don't remember the artist, but it was in the 80s or 90s or something) wrote that song with his ex girlfriend's number, 867-5309. Then she got all sorts of calls from thousands of people. xD Poor guy's gonna have to get a new number. While he should not have hacked the account, I think Beiber's abusing his fame a little bit here...especially by claiming that the number was his number, not this guy's number.
