how do you deal with your eel jumping out of the tank? once it settled down did it stop jumping?

@TriniBrad My eel never attempts to get out ...what u have to do is place tubes in the tank where all his body is within it. An eel will try to escape actually get out to explore to find a better home.... If he does not have a place to hide.
I still have this eel he is twice as long and twice the fat and never try's/attempts to escape.
You cant use rocks cause some of his body is exposed at some point .
A tube does the job!!!!!!!!!!!

that's a cool eel, I know eels feed on crustaceans but that eel is not that big and unless it has sharp teeth how is it going to devour such a big crayfish?

@zyzor What the eel does is puts a chunk in his mouth and uses his body in a whip affect (lots of power) snaps/brakes a piece and swallows it whole.
Did u know a whip snaps so fast it makes a sonic boom....My eel does not do that, but is just an example how they use there body's in a some what similar way.
