Alex opens up a recent appearance at Waterloo Records & Video in Austin Texas by discussing how the elite seized control of "family planning" and directed it towards thinning the population and eugenics. Alex then describes how groups of enforcers are trained to carry out horrific inhumane operations by means of gradualism, desensitization and compartmentalization, citing the many biological weapons releases that have already targeted U.S. citizens and host populations of governments.

At the end of the speech, Alex takes questions from those in attendance on numerous subjects. First up is a discussion about what is really happening in Pakistan, followed by oil and how high the price can go. The timeframe of the Trans Texas Corridor is explored, along with weapons systems being developed to be used against protesters. Global warming, the environment and carbon taxes are also covered at the end.
