http://www.thewholebrainway.com In this video clip Michael J. Lavery, aka, The Hammer Man of Golf, demonstrates the easiest golf swing possible with a 7 iron. He hits this ball with a nice fade about 180 yards. His secret lies in the fact that the MOI (Moment of Inertia) of his clubs are off the charts. The irons that he uses have a swing weight of F7. That is why the strike sounds so pure. He uses gravity and centrifugal force to move through the strike zone with tremendous ease. Notice that the backswing is half the normal length, yet he hits the ball with plenty of distance. His clubs are Hogan Apex irons with true Temper shafts X100 flex. The length is 3 inches over standard. There are about 20, 1.5 inch strips of lead tape on the back of the iron thereby increasing the MOI.
