Centralia, IL Failed Allertor 125

Took a trip to Centralia with Ryan, and we both decided to record this siren. Five minutes after 10 I went inside the city hall to see what the deal was. The lady said they were tested today, but they've been having problems with them. As soon as I came out I heard the other ones and went to go set up for this one, but it never went off

other than another allertor on the south side of town, what else do they have? i hear what sounds like a modulator and a 2001

@amtrak3501 They have a DC ontop city hall, and then 2, 8 cell modulators spread across town.
