  • Not to be a dick, but my '03 w/ 398/494 at the wheels does about the same time. Was it not running well or were you soft on the throttle?

  • Don't know - not my truck and I wasn't driving.

  • next time you plan on posting something like that, show the speed. it helps, as far as we know you hit 50. but other than that it sounds ok. What kind of mods do you have?

  • Gosh, getting a shot of the speedo didn't really occur to me, bucko. I was there dude, we hit 100 and it really doesn't matter to me if you believe it. Some people have better things to do than criticize free online videos for minor points.

  • Dude, he was just trying to give you some constructive criticism. He wasn't being a dick. He was even interested in your truck enough to ask what mods you have done.

  • That's not my truck. I just filmed it and that was a long time ago. And yeah, I was being a dick that day. Sorry.

  • From a stock stand point, Supras and lightnings are on the same tier in a straight line. Now I happen to like both vehicles and think you could give the lightning a little more credit. A modded supra could eat a modded lightning, but the supra is a purpose built sports car, and a lightning is a pickup with a big hammer under the hood and different springs and sway bars... it's an f150. So like it or not, it deserves a little more credit.

  • yikes! The tranny sounds bad during its slow shifts!

  • @2003svtf150 his hp rating was at the crank. you do lose around 100hp in parasitic loss on rear wheel drive vehicles, so your hp ratings are pretty much the same as his. I believe for that year, your running 500+hp and 620+ft lbs of torque at the crank.

  • ill smoke you in my geo

  • lol..they didn't go over 60..if that...rofl

  • true but it feels good burning that fuckin oil away muscle all the way

  • how well do those lightnings handle?
