If you are referring to the Liberty Tower plot...you're way off the mark. The cell suspected of that plot were busted in February 2002. KSM wasn't even captured until a year and one month later. So....how did he miraculously give up the beans a year after the plot was foiled?

CheneyWatch1 is correct. The U.S. Bank Tower (aka Liberty Tower) plot was broken up before KSM was even captured. - That being the case, perhaps you can explain how 'waterboarding' KSM helped foil a plot that was busted more than a year previously.
