@SuperSkeletonMask theres not really a way to "enable" it. you just gotta have a dx11 supported card and Windows 7 (or maybe even Vista but I'm not sure). Now you can play a DX11 Supported game like Saints Row : The Third. Driver San Francisco is DX9.0c enabled, so DX11 won't help you in this game.

@KINGmatan are you kiddin'? i get 60 fps all the time with v-sync anti aliasing and high settings. I have an ati radeon 5770 1 gb

@spya105 thx but i have the game now lol... anyways, im really disappointed of the PC version. very bad port. that includes very low frame rate, mp crashes, missing effects from consoles and more.
