Ove "Tiltmeister" Tillung from Voss - NORWAY the first paragliding pilot to perform the INFINITE TUMBLE.
Infinite Tumbling is the most difficult manouver in paragliding aerabatics (acro) and gives the highest score coefficient at competions.
The manouver is performed by the pilot building up speed to get enough energy to tumble forwards at 180' direct above the canopy for as many revolutions as desired.
Generating enough energy by the first tumble where the piltot gets thrown backwards over the canopy so he can get into the second and so on...
Ove's been a member of the Norwegian National Acro Team "THE NORWEGIAN CORAX" for some years. He started paragliding in 2003.
He's competing nationally and internationally, currently sponsored by NISSAN, BULA and AVASport amongst others.
Recordings after the Norwegian Cup Acro in Eidfjord 2008, and from practice session in Voss.
EDIT: To any who might wonder, Ove is alive and perfectly fine, the words "Tribute to" have made people wonder whether he's alive or not.
Well, I herby encourage you all to tell your friends how much you love them and how great they are while they are around. Buy the flowers now while they can smell them :)
