  • MJ deserved expertise medical care. Instead, he was killed by the careless, love-sick, money-hungry, self-absorbed womanizer Conrad Murray.

  • @Beausifman The jury has spoken and they had all the evidence before them. In addition, the judge backed up their decision that Doc Murray was GROSSLY NEGLIGENT with the health and safety of his ONE and ONLY patient! Case closed. Justice (in this case) was served.

  • @Beausifman Sorry you don't like my grammar and punctuation. I minored in English so I'm not sure what you are referring to. I think you're just angry that I refuse to listen to your b.s. about Murray. Too bad.

Oh, and about serving on a jury? I already did that. The guy is still in jail. Bye now sweetie. Have a good one.

  • @htw4mj You are so stupid, you don't even realize I'm mocking your terrible grammar and punctuation. That is why I used so many caps and exclamation marks. I don't ignore your questions, I just can't answer them because I wasn't there and I can't read minds. I hope to god you never serve on a jury of any importance.

  • @Beausifman What's up with the capital letters? It's funny how you keep ignoring my questions. Again, why didn't Mr. Murray call 911? Me smells something fishy, don't you? Oh, and one-handed CPR? And no hospital professional was told about the propofol? You don't need to reply to me. I'm done anyway. Say whatever you want... you're going to anyway. Bye now. Be glad you're alive and can live out your life as you choose. You're alive, Mr. Murray is alive, I'm alive, MJ is gone.

  • @htw4mj You're right, I'm so young and have no idea what I'm talking about. I don't know anything about evidence or civil procedure, or criminal law, or the Constitution. You ASSUME that I am very young, and that I make too many assumptions... I see only one person making assumptions here, and that's you. I do Not Assume that you have any idea what you're talking about. I do assume you're either young or dumb (or both) given the CAPS!!! AND!!! EXCLAMATION MARKS!!! (and you probably are).

  • @Beausifman You must be very young. You have a LOT of growing up to do. Do NOT ASSUME so much and then convince yourself that it is the truth. I do believe murray needed money, and you KNOW that's true. Also, he WAS a womanizer.. come on, it you can't see that, you have deceived yourself. However, none of this matters (and I said that ALREADY). The doctore WAS negligent... GROSSLY NEGLIGENT!! Please explain to me why he did NOT call 911... and THAT'S just the beginning of his COVERUP!!

  • @htw4mj You're right, the case is closed. But I am not concerned with this case, I'm concerned with the slippery slope the legal system is going down. The Constitutionally required presumption of innocence in criminal trials has been torn down by people like yourself who ultimately serve as jurors. Furthermore, your opinion was swayed considering you referred to Murray as a "money-hungry womanizer" rather than a negligent doctor.

  • @Beausifman I totally disagree with you. Oh, btw, you're right that Murray can do whatever he want in his private life. That did NOT sway my opinion whatever. The FACTs in the case swayed my opinion. Murray was GROSSLY NEGLIGENT with the medical care of Mr. Michael Jackson. Murray's biggest mistake was NOT CALLING 911!! That's so easy a baby knows how to do it! Case is closed sweetie. Case closed.

  • @htw4mj My opinion is based on the facts, evidence, logic, and an understanding of the law. You are the one who called Murray a "money-hungry womanizer" as if that has anything to do with the issue of involuntary manslaughter. Try looking up Federal Rule of Evidence 404 - Character evidence is inadmissible for the exact purpose you are using it. You (and many others) have been swayed by this character evidence, and the fact that MJ died, leading to an opinion based on emotional rather than sense

  • @htw4mj For starters I am not a Murray fan, I'm a fan of the law (and I'm a law student). No, I do not think its ok to act with negligence toward any person. Murray may have acted negligently, but MJ was also negligent in the following ways: MJ himself became a drug addict, he actively sought out a doctor to administer propofol as if it were a sleep aid, he consented to such treatments, and he kept his children in this setting. This is called gross contributory negligence and it bars recovery.

  • @Beausifman Funny how some of you Murray fans sway the conversation, the evidence, the facts AND the COMMON SENSE to make your guy look GOOD.... and make Michael look BAD. Soooooo, YOU think it's quite OK that Murray GROSSLY NEGLECTED his ONE and ONLY patient!!?? YES OR NO ANSWER PLEASE.
