I used the political simulation game 'President Forever + Primaries' to simulate the potential 2012 general election matchup between President Barack Obama & former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, who is currently the frontrunner for the republican nomination. For Gingrich's running mate, I chose Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
The results are 100% simulated by the computer. I chose for both Obama and Gingrich to be controlled by the computer and I controlled the constitution party, which got about as many votes as general 'other' candidates usually get every election. I didn't play any of the game; I just simulated through the campaign to election day.
Gingrich vs. Obama?!? I will support Pres. Obama, thank you. Mr. Gingrich has too much of a reputation as a " tempest in a teapot".

You called a couple states wrong. For starters, no way MO is going Obama.... not after the Joplin! Second, don't be so certain that Vegas will go blue either. It is competitive, and Obama is always slamming Vegas. Lots and Lot of the Republican Primary money is coming out of Vegas. Don't be too certain about CA either; there is a lot of campaign money coming out of there too.
And remember, Florida and New York have very big Jewish populations; Jerusalem Embassy???
