pause commands. He paused the game and commanded them all to go up. He unpauses the game and they go up all at once.

There is a mod for that. Go to Rise of Nations heaven. There is a mod that lets you use alot of nukes.

i tryed with a 100 nukes but i hate the armagandeon timer it stop you seeing all the nukes
