Chocolate is said to reduce the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease, as well as making you feel happier by releasing the hormone Serotonin. The problem is that chocolate is very fattening and contributes to obesity in western societies. Researchers at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) now have the answer: lower fat chocolate that tastes better than ever. (swissinfo.ch/SF 2.11.2009)

    Science can help us, but building foods with no calories will turn many people into foodholics [just eat, addicted to tastes, all day long with no penalty -> destroyed health].

    What is the purpose of eating a food of 0 calories? None.

    If all foods were of 0% calories we were all be dead from starvation.

    Food was made to feed.

    Zero calories is extraterestrial-allien.

  • LOL, "Erich Windhab" is not even Swiss. The Swiss claim that the scientific work done there is theres, but actually it's done by 90% people who are not even swiss, but instead german, french, italian, etc. These "Zurich scientists" are all Germans who get paid by the ETH to do the work that the boring, slow-ass swiss are too stupid to do. Swiss chocolate is overpriced bullshit.
