I am so frustrated with being disconnected from 'support' calls, ...are you? This one is with Comcast's billing dept., but they are not the only company that treats us this way. Hopefully I'll bother to upload more from the worse offenders. There is no real video but please do listen through....

I work for comcast as well, and it is frustating when u get a freaking racist on the phone, I mean,.. how many times have u get yelled at, just because u are not "american" ?? .. BTW, look COSTA RICA on the map, IT IS LOCATED IN AMERICA, THEREFORE, I AM AMERICAN. This freaking gringos need to stop thinking they are the whole god dam continent.

  • Comcast has given me my first job at 16 years old, i take the calls of people like you and it's not easy...BELIEVE ME, but thanks to Comcast i can help my parents with the money, i can learn a 2nd language, and i can learn about cable service, computer enterprices systems and about a responsability for a Job.

    I have to hear americans insulting me every day in work, and they want a technitian to install what they couldnt install in 5 minutes ( i'm not exagerating) and with no charge, COME ON!!!

  • @davherdel1 yep i know what you mean, it's so annoying when they think Mexico, Costa Rica, Brasil, or any other contry in the continent are not part of America, USis a contry not a continent!!

  • this is comcast right? this is America? sure when you know that your country doesn't have an own culture and is all a mixture of hundreds of different cultures....come on!. and by the way theres nothing wrong here. the message said that there were high call volume and long wait times...and even they gave the option to go online for your convenience...but no i want to wait on the line like 25 mins to unleash my frustration with the agent....that sucks man!

  • This is American and if we had real politicians the FCC would shut them down and open up the lines for competition. COMCAST are lying dogs. Their service workers lie and read from a script. When COMCAST does not work, they blame the customer.

  • it actually a third party company that serves comcast....not just in mexico also located around the entire world even the phillipines

  • jajajajajaja ...i did the resource ,,...no center in mexico or or canada .....just another dome ass.....soo fake ....jajajaja that why u did no deserved to get servces ..jajaja ....way gay and ...you got me laught all day

  • they also have a call center in mexico, so there are some in us another in canada and another in mexico

  • I service large scale PBX phone networks for multiple vendors. say a call center has 25 available phone lines then if you call and are the 26th caller the network will give you the option to use the automation but if all 25 lines are being used by live agents then your call will be dropped to allow some one else to get into the line until operators are available.  Also I know for a fact that all but one of Comcast's call centers are in the US the other in Ontario Canada-online support lines.
