This is my first try to make a one hand deadlift. Never tried that before. Dont know why I havent. It was fun but it was hard to balance the barbell. I will try to go heavier the next back day.
I know that 100kg isnt that much but you have to start at something.
@heppsanhometraining tack, men tror att jag grejar mer idag. Ska nog prova nästa ryggpass:)
